These Terms are separate from our Terms & Conditions, which apply when booking or participating in an UrbanSnapHunt experience.

3. Acceptance of These Terms

By accessing our Platform you confirm that:

7. Bookings

Bookings made through the Platform are governed by our separate Terms & Conditions and Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Nothing in these Website Terms of Use replaces those agreements.

8. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, all intellectual property rights relating to the Platform are owned by UrbanSnapHunt BV.

This includes, but is not limited to:

the UrbanSnapHunt name and branding;
logos and trademarks;
website design;
software;
graphics;
maps;
text;
photographs;
videos;
game mechanics;
challenge content;
source code (where applicable).

These materials are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

9. Limited Licence

UrbanSnapHunt grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes.

This licence does not permit you to:

reproduce content;
modify content;
distribute content;
sell content;
create derivative works;
reverse engineer the Platform;
use our intellectual property without written permission.

10. Availability

We aim to keep the Platform available at all times.

However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

The Platform may be unavailable due to:

maintenance;
software updates;
internet failures;
cyberattacks;
events beyond our reasonable control.

UrbanSnapHunt is not liable for temporary interruptions.

UrbanSnapHunt is not responsible for the availability, content, or privacy practices of third-party websites.
